Closes requests, not just replies in chat

Finds a verified answer in your materials, creates a task, reminds the owner and returns the result to the customer through the same channel. Its unit of work is a case seen through to the end, not a message sent.

Request a demo How it works No card needed. Setup is separate, and its price is shown in the plans.

4customer channels: widget, Telegram, email, WhatsApp
0invented facts: prices, dates and terms only as a quote from your source
3outcomes: an answer, a clarification or a handover to a person, each with a reason in the log
24/7on the line, with a person always nearby: it never turns a customer away

What it does, in one video

The thesis, four channels, the path of one request, three modes and a demo invitation. With sound.

One request, start to finish

How a case moves

A real sequence, not a list of features: every step builds on the previous one, and every step is visible in the log.

A question arrives
From the website, Telegram, email or WhatsApp. All channels merge into one conversation, and a returning customer is recognised.
An answer with a link to the source
Facts come as quotes from your pages. It never invents prices, dates or terms; no evidence means no substantive answer.
A task for the owner
When someone else's work is needed, it creates a task and finds the responsible person on the ownership map.
A reminder
It follows up on stalled tasks by itself. The log shows whether it worked or only looked busy.
The result to the customer
The answer arrives through the same channel. A customer who returns a day later finds it in place.

Connections

Customer channels and company systems

Every company connects its own: its own WhatsApp number, its own bot, its own inbox, its own Confluence. We are not a middleman — the credentials stay with you.

Channel
Website widget
One line on the store's pages. The conversation remembers a returning customer.
Channel
Telegram
The company's bot. The customer writes in a private chat, and the reply comes back there.
Channel
Email
A support inbox over IMAP and SMTP. An email becomes a conversation, and the reply goes out from that inbox.
Channel
WhatsApp
Cloud API on your number. The platform tracks the 24-hour window itself and speaks up when it closes.
Inside the company
Knowledge base
Website pages, files, Confluence. Every item has a visibility: for customers or internal only.
Inside the company
Jira and tasks
A task for the owner of a request the bot could not resolve. The specialist's reply goes back to the customer.
Inside the company
Slack and Telegram
Notifications for staff: a handover, a draft awaiting confirmation, plan usage.
Inside the company
Cabinet
Conversations, drafts, the log, the ownership map, personal data. Roles and two-factor login.
In progress
CRM and order status
Looking up an order in the store's system by number. Until it ships, such questions go to your employee.

Security

What keeps it in check

The bot talks to your customers. That is why the line between “outside” and “inside” is built into the design, not set in a preference.

Outside goes only what you published
Everything you upload stays inside. A customer sees only what you published yourself, page by page.
Tenant isolation in the database
Row-level policies, enforced. Remove a condition in the code and the neighbour's data still stays invisible.
Encryption and two-factor login
Company keys are envelope-encrypted under a rotating master key. Login with a code from an authenticator app.
Action log
Every action by the bot or a person carries a name. You can see whether it worked or only looked busy.
Personal data
Export and erasure on request within a minute. You set the retention period.
A person is always nearby
Stuck, out of plan, or hearing a stop phrase — it hands over to a person. It never turns a customer away.

FAQ

What people ask before buying

What counts as a conversation?

One customer's session in one channel, starting with their message. A new session begins after 24 hours of silence. A conversation is counted once — when Risolveo has sent at least one visible reply or performed an allowed action. Spam, tests, auto-replies and requests handed straight to a person without an AI reply do not count.

What happens when the plan's conversations run out?

The customer does not notice. Their request is handed to your employee, the channel stays on, and no message is lost. At 80% and 90% of the limit the owner gets a notification with a forecast; you can upgrade the plan or enable overage billing.

Where is the data stored and who can see it?

In your company's isolated workspace: another client cannot see it even if our code has a bug — the database enforces the boundary. Company keys are encrypted. You set the retention period for conversations; on a customer's request the content is erased while your statistics remain.

Who pays for WhatsApp messages?

You connect your own WhatsApp Business account (WABA) — Meta and carrier fees are billed to you directly and are not part of our subscription. Business verification with Meta is yours as well; we do not act as an intermediary.

How do I switch off Self mode?

With one switch in the cabinet, at any time. Turning it on is harder than turning it off: it takes passed acceptance cases, at least three business days in Confirm mode and the owner's explicit confirmation, which is written to the log.

Will the customer know they are talking to an AI?

Yes, and it cannot be switched off. The first message in every channel says: “I'm an AI assistant acting on behalf of [your company]”. We do not build scenarios where a customer mistakes the AI for an employee.

Are there discounts?

Three honest ones and no hidden ones. A year is ten monthly payments, so two months are free; you can switch to yearly after the first successful month. The first five clients get setup at half price with three months prepaid. The 14-day pilot for $149 is credited to the first month of the subscription if you subscribe within a week. The list price never changes: any discount is a separate invoice line with an end date. There is no free production launch; the demo and the sandbox are free.

How do I cancel?

From the cabinet, no phone call needed. After cancellation you have 14 days to export your data, then the contractual retention period applies. A missed payment pauses the AI's actions, but messages are still received and handed to a person: data deletion is never used as a penalty.
